A: Pls advise gsm, size, and quantity, we'll quote price. After approved, then we send PI to you to arrange payment.
Q: How long can we receive the goods after we ordered.
A: 10 - 25 working days.
Q: Do you offer sample?
A: Yes, we offer A4 free sample, freight is paid by the customer.
Q: How do you ship the sample?
A: Normally by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT. If customer has courier account, we can help them to arrange or they arrange themselfves.
Q: Do you have after-sold service?
A: Definetly we will response for the goods we shipped to you. In case any problem found, pls contact with our sales manager immediately. We will give solution for return or exchange or else.
