Production Process - Sugarcane Paper
• Material extraction: choose fresh, disease-free sugarcane as raw material.
• Steaming: remove the cellulose in bagasse to make it soft and easy to process.
• Bleaching: improve the whiteness and brightness of paper.
• Screening and pulping: removing impurities and adjusting fiber lengths.
• Molding and drying: making pulp into paper and removing water.
Uses - Sugarcane Paper
• Manufacture various shapes of tableware, such as dinner plates, lunch boxes, dishes and chopsticks, etc.
